We can also assist your landlord and property portfolio clients with advice on purchasing and remortgaging buy to let properties including HMOs, multi unit blocks for both personally owned and via a SPV Ltd Co.

We can also advise on Relevant Life insurance, which is a tax efficient life insurance paid for by the business, which is also a tax deductible expense of the company, with no P11D benefit.
